The Residency of Riouw and Dependencies (Dutch: Residentie Riouw en Onderhoorigheden) was a subdivision of the Governorate of Sumatra with its capital in Tanjungpinang, it was created after the Anglo-Dutch treaty of 1824 was ratified by the Dutch parliament. Riouw once host over the Sultanate of Riau-Lingga until its abolition in 1911.
