Sun goddess of the Earth -- expand and organize. Mention potential connection to the Sun goddess of Arinna via the name Wurunšemu (meaning Mother of the Earth).
Sun god of Heaven -- expand generally as I edit the other Hittite sun deity articles.
Arinna -- most of the information is on the Sun goddess of Arinna; remove that and just put a small mention and link to her article. Expand the other information with stuff on the city.
Tarḫunna -- add additional references. There are also some currently cited that aren't reliable.
