Copyright cleanup

Having recently been made aware of potential copyright concerns in some of my contributions, I am undertaking a cleanup effort in accordance with the policies on copyrights and copyright violations. I am removing or revising my contributions in an effort to be sure they comply. Please do not restore the material I have removed or revised without first verifying that it is copyright compliant. While I am attempting to restrict my cleanup to material contributed by me, sometimes other contributors have added to it or edited it, and those contributions may also be affected. While I am attempting to be careful not to impact other material, it is also possible that I may have inadvertently removed something that was unconnected to my contribution. Since multiple articles are involved in this, I have opened a centralized subpage of my user talk to discuss these concerns.
