Anu Mol is an Indian film actress who works in Malayalam and Tamil cinema. Anu Mol started her career as a popular VJ of 8pm on the WE TV channel.She has filmed three movies in Malayalam and three in Tamil.

Ivan Megharoopan, based on the life of P. Kunhiraman Nair, directed by P. Balachandran, gave her the role of Thankamani, a folk singer who influenced the poet's life.

Anu Mol also performed in Chayilyam. Anu held a lead in Theyyam, in which she struggles to preserve her identity and to resist an incarnation.

Akam, in which she portrays Ragini, a yakshini. The film is based off a novel which was written in 1969 by Malayattoor Ramakrishnan. It is directed by Shalini Usha.
