Jonathan Wickers (born 22 April 1941, London) is an English artist who exhibited at the 1963 Royal Society of British Artists (RBA) Young Contemporaries show.

From 1957 to 1961, Wickers studied at Exeter College of Art under the guidance of Clifford Fishwick, John Epstein and Sir Terry Frost. He gained an NDD in Fine Art, and went on to study Painting, Mural Design, and Sculpture at the London Central School of Art and Design from 1962 to 1964. He was tutored by Eduardo Paolozzi, Bernard Meadows, Hans Tisdal, and Leslie Thornton.

After exhibiting at the 1963 Royal Society of British Artists (RBA) Young Contemporaries, Wickers received the Central School diploma in Fine Art in 1964. Working in London he explored a range of creative media including performance art, and multimedia work and in 1972 held his first solo show at the Spacex Gallery. Following his postgraduate Degree in Art Education, he worked as an art tutor at both higher and further education levels. In 2001 he retired as Head of Art and Design at Walton High School (Stafford) and moved to Bude, Cornwall and in 2003 he held a solo exhibition at The Plough Arts Centre, Torrington.
