The Turbine Flats Project is an incubator or community for small and start-up businesses located near Antelope Valley in Lincoln, Nebraska. It was founded by Matthew Wegener and Donna Gould with the goal of making a space for new and local businesses to work and grow.[1][2][3]

In addition to providing office space to a number of small companies (including SEMCAT) the organization has also hosted art showings and contests,[4][5] bring-your-dog-to-work days,[6] and various workshops.[7]
