I am the (unofficial) editor of the Sporcle wikipedia page. Sporcle is the best. There are quizzes on everything, but if there's something you want to quiz yourself on that isn't there, you can create it. Message me here (assuming you've joined) if you have any questions about Sporcle.
I am Sporcle's curator for their Card Games, Toys, and Lord of the Rings subcategories, choosing to highlight excellent quizzes on these pages at least five times every month, by granting 'Curator Picks'.
I have played thousands of quizzes, earned hundreds of badges, and created over 500 quizzes of my own, which have collectively earned over 1,000,000 plays. I have been using the site for five years, and a favourite quiz of mine is the US States - Ultimate Minefield, where you have to click the location of the US states when prompted, given only the outline of the country. You cannot skip any of the questions, nor can you make a mistake. Difficult, but satisfying.

If you do join Sporcle, put me down as your 'referred by' person in your profile settings by typing in my username, 'jelroy' (it will help me earn a badge). If you're feeling nice, you could join only for the sake of doing that, even if you never use it. (If you hate the notifications, there is a profile settings section to turn them off). If you are a long-time Sporcle user, but have never involved yourself in the community, it's worth it! Most users are very friendly, and the few who aren't don't stick around for very long.
