My main interests are history philosophy, mountaineering and outdoor life and the interaction between computers and humans.

I have contributed some articles, both under this nick and also before I became a wikipedian, on subjects related to my main interests.

I believe this neverending project is an enormous achievement for mankind, and I want to participate in a small way when time and lack of contents on the pages coincides.

As a Norwegian subject I am fully aware that my contributions have to be reread and mistakes corrected by those whose proficience in English make them able to do so. I am grateful to know that there are people who "tidy up" after me, especially since my sentences have a tendency to become longer and more complicated than necessary.
