Jack Kruf is an engineer in forest ecology and social psychology at Wageningen University. I was a director at the City of Breda and a city manager at the City of Roosendaal.

I am a principal strategy adviser for municipalities and provinces throughout Europe. I am focused on good public governance and highly interested in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and how public risk management and stewardship can contribute to a better world. I am awarded an Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau.
