QuantumListing is a crowd-sourced real estate listing platform for commercial real estate[1] brokers, owners, and tenants. The listing service includes a website as well as iOS and Android apps. QuantumListing shares your listings to its social media[2] feeds on Twitter[3], LinkedIn[4], and Facebook[5]. All registered members are given a network based on their geographic area as well as a group to which they can post their CRE wants. There is no paywall[6] to search and premium members can post an unlimited number of listings. All members are assigned to Networks relevant to their geographic areas.

QuantumListing was founded by David Perlmutter in 2015. On August 5, 2015, QuantumListing announced[7] the launch of their IOS app.[8]

In August 2018, QuantumListing announced a syndication[9] partnerships with Buildout, enabling Buildout users to opt in to sharing their listings on QuantumListing.

In September of 2018 QuantumListing and Leavitt Digital announced their syndication partnership, so QuantumListing users can syndicate their listings to Leavitt Digital’s network of online news sites.

In October of 2018 QuantumListing and SharpLaunch announced their syndication partnership, with SharpLaunch sharing its clients listings to QuantumListing.

In February 2019, QuantumListing and The CRE Collaborative announced a new syndication partnership.
