Digimon Dynasty

Wikipedia has a guideline called WP:WEB that it uses to help users see if a website should have an article or not. I would say, from my experience, that it's unlikely that Digimon Dynasty passes the guideline, and the article will likely be deleted again. However, you might want to write about this at Digimon Wiki, which has kind of an unofficial relationship with Wikipedia's Digimon articles. It was recently suggested there that we have articles written for Digimon websites, which fits in perfectly with what you're wanting to do. Digimon Wiki is hosted on Wikia, which runs the same software as Wikipedia (though the two are independent organizations). Once you make an account, you can even set your preferences to the same page layout (called "monobook") that Wikipedia uses, making the experience petty much the same (from a technical standpoint).

Re your comment:

The concern isn't so much that it's spam or not, but that it's simply not notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. WP:WEB explains a little bit more about it. But, like I said, while it might not meet Wikipedia's requirements, you're more than welcome to copy the article over to Digimon Wiki. At the very least, you could write it on Digimon Wiki while you work on it, and then if it is notable enough, we can copy it to Wikipedia later on. For something like Flatout toys, don't bother with AfD - just mark it {{db|spam}}. In any case your AfD nomination was incomplete - you should have included it in the AfD log for today.
