During the year 1900's, a technique that was used to annoy people was created by a certain man. He was born on California in the year 1880. His name was Change-no Topico.

He was known for the technique he created called "Change Topic" or simply "Changing Topic". Although, many people are using this technique nowadays to annoy people in annoying ways.

Change-no Topic died in the year 1953 because of a heart attack. He was found by his friend lying on the floor at his house on a Tuesday morning. People still remember him because of the technique he created which was a masterpiece to some people in the world.
