(2014) Where did my user page go? I made it in 2006.... it's not in deletion log?

(2020) Still confused, what happened to wikipedia between 2006 and 2014 that caused user pages to get deleted? That just seems corrupt tbh. I'd pick any other charity over Wikipedia tbh, their transparency is abysmal.
