Anagennisi Giannitsa is a Greek football club, based in Giannitsa. It competes in Football League 2 at the municipal seat stadium in the city of Giannitsa. In its 62-year history, the team has never fought in the First National Division. The team's colors are blue and white.

The football team in its current form was founded in 1961. It was founded by football fan Giannitsà who wanted a team that could participate in soccer events.
