Vanderkam in Xenosaga
You wrote on Talk:List of minor characters in Xenosaga that

Avidor and vandalism
Hi, I noticed you gave User:Avidor a "slap on the wrist". However, this user has had a year-long history of vandalizing the PRT page, and I believe me and the four others who voted for his block speak for everyone else who edits that page that his edits and contributions are almost entirely destructive. I'm just wondering what this slap on the wrist will lead to. He hasn't cooperated, and hasn't even argued on his own behalf, not even taking the time to vote against the proposal we had on the PRT talk page . I suggest the Personal Rapid Transit page be given special consideration because it is controversial.
Please find some real transportation engineers and transit organizations and get their definition and opinion of PRT.
Here's one for starters... Transit for Livable Communities has a resolution opposing public funding of PRT
"...because the proposed technology has never been built anywhere in the world, there is no real engineering data to create reliable estimates of costs and benefits."
Please don't allow Wikipedia to be used to give credibility to this ridiculous hoax.

- The mediators last time were lazy. They didn't look at the history or the talk page. When the mediators showed up, Avidor all of a sudden got very cooperative and started raising valid (though very minor) issues. The mediators were duped. That's why I was frustrated with the last mediation.
- And, by the way, the mediators didn't "give up" -- they thought the issue was solved. Avidor simply laid low for a while until the smoke cleared, then started his attacks again.
- The issue has never been the POV... all of us were eager to correct POV when it was identified. The issue has always been Avidor's attempts to use this article as a political platform. He was intentionally vague and non-specific about his demands while continuously re-applying POV -- because he want's the POV label to stay. His whole political campaign is based on the idea that PRT is a cult, and what better evidence of cultish behavior than a Wikipedia page supposedly "infiltrated by cultists"?
- I'm sorry for cluttering up your talk page with this garbage (especially since you are not mediating this problem), but I just felt that Avidor's claims need to be answered.

The Wikipedia mediation/arbitration process isn't clear to me either.
I don't have a lot of time to learn the complicated system you have to resolve disputes at Wikipedia.
I am mentioned by name in this Wikipedia PRT article and on the Talk page and my Talk page by anonymous authors.
This is what those anonymous authors have said about me:

"Avidor's psychotic interjections " [5]
"Unreasonable, destructive, irrational, unwilling to debate changes. This is Avidor's history on Wikipedia"
"...his actions are based in mental illness rather than reason."
Like John Seigenthaler Sr., I think I deserve to have a chance to clear my name and have this dispute resolved as soon as possible.

- Avidor: On at least half a dozen different occasions, I requested that you either make the required changes yourself, or point the specific problems out to us so we can fix them. On the very few occasions that you did provide detail, we fixed immediately. But in almost every case your demands were vague or non-existent. And then as soon as a mediator arrives you act as if we've somehow been suppressing you. It's just a big game to you.
- Deckiller: Please read the entire debate and count how many times I and others asked (begged) him for specifics. Almost invariably, his response was to post irrelevant links to his propaganda pages (which, by the way, are already linked from the article's main page!).
- How were we supposed to deal with this? Really. And, I might add, here are direct quotes from Avidor: "cult-like PRT proponents", "PRT cultists" (at least 5 times), "just true believers in a lost cause following crackpot 'visionaries'". I don't mean that in terms of how much I contribute as I simply cannot dedicate the time. But I contribute validly from time to time, updating information, removing non-neutral information, etc etc. It just amazes me how closely this thing is protected in order to keep valid research data available. Your status
I saw you just make a change to both your pages signifying that you were now going offline. There's a much easier way than making two manual edits each time you want to change your status. Bear with me on this, if things don't make much sense, but I'm going to use a template here to tell you this:
I was just wondering if you would be interested in a cool little status changer. Y'know, the one that tells people if you're online/offline/etc. Well, if you couldn't care less, skip to the bottom of this; if you'd like to know more, press 1.
Now, assuming you pressed 1, the first step is to copy the following code;

- After it shows up fine, you can go edit your statuschanger.js file to display whatever you want. For example, I edited my statuschanger.js file to change the colour of the busy status and make the text big. You can do whatever.

- I have no idea what that means, and I'm only speculating here, but there was an error in your monobook. You were linking it to both your's and Topaz's statuschanger.js files. I have delisted the Personal Rapid Transit RfM; the reason for doing so is that the required information (the rest of the template) has not been filled in. I waited several hours for the template to be completed, as it appeared that you might be doing the prep work directly on the page.
Please be aware that for a request to be accepted, all parts of the {{RFMR}} template must be filled in, and only those parts required by the template. I delisted another request on Personal Rapid Transit yesterday because it did not use the template at all; todays request used the template, but did not fill it out. It is essential that we have the needed information (and only the needed information, as indicated by the template) to be able to process the request. I got banned for 'vandalising' an article when I actually thought I was doing the right thing. Could you look at the article Padmé Amidala and its talk page and see why its nomination for Good Article status failed. Is this a consensus opinion or the arbitrary work of a single user who does not like "fancruft"? Questions about type of license statement to use

I have a question: There are three types of pictures that I have uploaded. One is a picture of my self taken with my camera. Second are my "Cover Pages" from my website, which include images I took myself and a few I got off the internet via google images, which are combined in a collage I created for my cover pages. Third are photos I took of set designs I was hired to design over the years, these pictures were taken by me with my camera.
My question: Is the license statement I used the correct one for each of these type of picture uploads?
Again I am new here at wikipedia and am learning as I go.
