Staff Sergeant David Morgan Fisher was born at Mongeneral Hospital. On September 16, 1982 at 0000. His Mother is Mary Alice Gillespie and his Father is David Gay Fisher. Staff Sergeant Fisher Graduated from The Mountaineer Challenge Academy on June 15, 2000.
