William "Billy" Merlin Arthur is a young and upcoming director, known for his work on numerous short films and documentaries, some of which have been highly commended in film festivals and competitions. He is most recently known for his work on the channel CBBC and the documentary series, 'My Life' wherein he co-directed and starred in an episode named "Blood Sugar Brothers" about his younger brother Alfie's Type One Diabetes and their journey to India.
