Bill is a Board Member of the International Organization Design Forum and Director of Innovation at ZTC Consulting. He incorporates design thinking to innovate Local, State and Federal Governments, as well as recently conducting projects in Healthcare, Oil and Gas (Global), Manufacturing (France) Insurance and Banking (Global). He has consulted, trained and engaged leaders, managers, consultants and employees on effective methods of change in South Africa, Europe and the US.

A “system” view (as a Gestalt practioner) and “balanced-score-card” perspective informs his work in organization alignment, strategy, and operational effectiveness. He deploys real-time strategic planning, lean/agile processes, PROSCI change management, rigorous individual accountability, and high engagement techniques to accelerate implementation and increase adaptive capability (Real Time Strategic Planning, Future Search, World Cafe, Simu-Real, Open Space as well as Individual and team coaching, problem solving and solutioneering methods).

His current book project "Tuning: Align Your Organization for Greater Success; The Design Handbook" is a practical roadmap for the manager, leader or entrepreneur responsible for major organization change, including different approaches that work respectively in the four common organizational types found globally: 'Directive, Participative, Adaptive and Emergent"
