Born and Raised in the California High Sierras, Skiing since age 6 in 1982.

Current resident of Nevada due to the cheap rent in the Carson city area.(One can not afford to own one's own home on a ski bum's wage)

Expert+ Skier, Expert Snowboarder, 9 years in Mountain Operations depts at various resorts in the sierras (Kirkwood, Sierra/Northstar, Mammoth, Bear Valley and Dodge Ridge.

I've covered a few events as an independent journalist(San Diego ComiCon 07/08, Kirkwood Spring Jammin' 00, 01, 02, 03, 07, 08 )and am attempting to write Science Fiction on the side.
