Дангаасүрэнгийн Энхбат (Born on January 19, 1959) holds a Doctor in Technology, and System Engineer. He is a writer, speaker, advisor, public figure and a politician. During the socialist time in Mongolia, he worked for the statistics and planning authorities. He mainly directs his focus on strategic planning, mathematical modelling, human-machine systems, software systems, internet and space communications, and systems research in order to find optimal solutions for development projects.

- 1965-1975 graduated from the Secondary School of Ulaanbaatar 23, 24.
- 1975-1980 graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute in Sverdlovsk in Soviet Union as systems engineer.
- 1984-1988 graduated from the Institute of Steel Alloys of the Moscow National University of Science and Technology of the USSR with a Doctoral degree in Technical Sciences.
- He is fluent in Russian, English in addition to his mother tongue Mongolian.
