At some point, I will get around to fleshing this out more--it took me months just to get around to creating user, busy as things have been. Just a brief about-me: I have degrees in English and Linguistics, and a fair amount of experience in the IT and telecom sectors. I am interested in the traditional humanities and their intersection with the social sciences. Other interests: cities (especially Chicago), urban planning and development, road geekery of sorts, and, well, whatever else happens to catch my eye. More later.
