• i joined the tropical cyclones wikiproject on November 2020. is it cool? hell, yes.
• my gender expression varies from masculine to feminine although i'm a trans man. is it cool? hell yes.
  • to be clear about one thing: i'm a trans man, but i am currently socially transitioning and not on medical transition yet. i plan on doing so at 21.
• idk what else to say other than: i'm cool.

in english:

• you can also use dorian, mars, or my nickname eleven.
• my middle name is andrew* (preferred).
• my main pronouns are he/him. however, if you don't know me personally (either online or irl) or if you want to, i'm ok with any pronoun EXCEPT she/her.
• do not use she/her under any circumstances.

so more about me?

as stated in the intro, i am an anarcho-communist. For me, i believe that power and authority should not be commonplace among humanity, and i also advocate for communism.

my music taste is mainly alternative rock, punk rock, and other subgenres not mainstream.

i'm a nature boy. i like nature. calms me down whenever i go out to see the sky. (fun fact: it is a minor reason why i gained an interest in meteorology and other interests)

also stated that i play both the trombone and alto saxophone (the former is the main), and they are also cool.

i'm currently working on finishing the outline of tropical cyclones (mainly descriptions), and you may see me lurking around fixing or editing articles throughout the tropical cyclones wikiproject.

i'm also autistic, have been since 2007, and am proud of it !

I've always wanted to ride a motorcycle and keep as many reptiles as possible. (leaning for bearded dragons, corn snakes, insects, etc.)

so let me tell you about hurricane irma (based out of my experience because i have a life)

yes, this hurricane is the beginning of my meteorology interest. i was thirteen when i was affected by it and a lot of what i learned about tropical cyclones stems from this hurricane.

i often stare at it daily for almost six years and i have not stopped since then. why? idk. it basically became my hyperfixation in a nutshell.

but yeah.

September 5th, 2017 will always be the first time that i saw hurricane irma as a Category 5 hurricane. i was mesmerized by it and yes... concerned. but yeah, irma did become a category 5 hurricane in the morning of that day, and by the evening, was near its peak central pressure. (the one that it would become through its first landfall.) six days later, it affected my state through its rainbands. (later on september 11, it moves into southeastern Georgia, yet its rainbands continued to affect nearly the entire state. all of the counties had tropical storm warnings, even inland.) no damage occurred, thankfully, but that storm will always be in my memory for years to come.
