How can this be a thing when there is (and never will be) a clear definition of who and what this imagined group is? I have probably written more about this group in English than anyone else alive or dead, and I'm telling you it's an invention of critics and fans who have never come close to agreeing on who might belong.Matt Thorn (talk) 09:24, 5 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
