Name Change[edit]

As the template includes "Proposed", it the term "Operational" in the title didn't make sense...--Graham Proud (talk) 08:34, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed vs under construction[edit]

Is an under construction wind farm technically only "proposed"? Perhaps list under construction sites under their relevant state, perhaps in italics, and leave "Proposed" to ones that are still in the proposal/concept stage?
