I just figured I'd make it clear, as the author of Template:WWISniper and Template:WWIISniper, that those famous for events outside of their respective war (eg, Ottavio Bottecchia) would be listed on the template, but would not have the template put on their biographical article. US Snipers[edit]

Where there not notable US WWII snipers? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.203.162.69 (talk) 01:23, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you can find them, feel free to add them!:) Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 02:10, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unwikify for countries[edit]

I think, there must be the special links related to the topic, just as Snipers of the Soviet UnionSoviet Union for Soviet snipers section in the template, etc. Because, links to countries are obvious and readers' benefits from them were doubtful. Besides, link to Germany led to modern Germany, not Nazi. --85.141.122.0 (talk) 21:26, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
