addition of SCG[edit]

I have added the former President of Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) to this template since there was no template beforehand. Even though the nations were different, I have decided to add the President of SCG to this one since it would be silly to have a template with only one name in it. - Thanks, Hoshie 19:12, 4 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
