ordering of the lists?[edit]

The ordering of the lists is unstated and not obvious to me. Surely there should be some logical sequence, either (say) north to south, or simply alphabetic. What are other people's thoughts? Kerry (talk) 03:02, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
