Template:Nonverbal communication/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Usage[edit]

Place this template at the bottom of a related article, after the external links and before the categories (per MOS:LAYOUTNAV).

Do not add this template to articles on specific languages, including both spoken and sign languages.

Avoid specific examples of gestures, etc. Instead, consider adding these to relevant lists.

This template's initial visibility currently defaults to autocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (a navbox, sidebar, or table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.

To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

  • {{Nonverbal communication|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
  • {{Nonverbal communication|state=expanded}} will show the template expanded, i.e. fully visible.

How to manage this template's collapsible groups/sections option
  • This template includes collapsible groups/sections. When it first appears, one of these groups/sections may be set to be visible ("expanded") while the others remain hidden ("collapsed") apart from their titlebars. To achieve this, include the parameter |name where name is one of the following words that identify the groups/sections (omit any speech or quotation marks):
    • mod
    • bc
    • fi
  • For example: {{Nonverbal communication/doc |mod}}
