- Atlanta Black Crackers at Ponce de Leon Park
- Birmingham Black Barons at Rickwood Field
- Chicago American Giants at South Side Park
- Indianapolis ABCs at Perry Stadium
- Little Rock Grays at Crump Park
- Louisville Black Caps at Parkway Field
- The team would relocate to Columbus late-season as the Columbus Turf Club, playing at Panhandle Park
- Memphis Red Sox at Lewis Park
- Monroe Monarchs at Casino Park
- Montgomery Grey Sox at College Hill Park
- Nashville Elite Giants primarily at Tom Wilson Park
