World Naked Gardening Day[edit]

  • The article is long enough, and contains plenty of references. It's a bit on the skinny side, and yet it seems that some stretching took place to get to 1,500 characters--I'd even favor scrapping the last two paragraphs, which don't say anything about the event itself. Also, I'd like for the references to be cleaner--that is, templated. Front-page articles need to look good. Ha, can we get a picture? Now, I've been looking at Google News, and I think there's probably material there to expand the historical coverage a bit, and Google Books shows a hit from 2008 that says it was held on 3 May. So, perhaps this needs a bit more work, more material, more sources. Drmies (talk) 03:30, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
  • I have addressed all these points. Clarified the different dates, added reference names, divided the article into four paras - first introduction, second - purpose according to organizers, third - activities during the event, fourth - a significant example event. --SupernovaExplosion Talk 06:10, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
  • Can you fix the inconsistencies in the references? Only one of them is templated and thus looks very different in the list of references. Drmies (talk) 17:08, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
  • ALT1 is good to go. The item has a picture now. It's not a high quality article and I'm always of the opinion that lead hooks should be substantial articles. That said, as a lead hook, it would no doubt get a huge number of views. Schwede66 06:19, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
