... that in 1999, winemaker Daniel Baron persuaded Cabernet Sauvignon producers Silver Oak Cellars to establish Twomey Cellars, to pursue Merlot production?

Both articles are new, long enough, well referenced, with inline citations throughout. QPQ done. However hook lacks an inline citation to a source stating that Baron persuaded Silver Oak to establish Twomey Cellars to pursue making the three named wines (Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc).
