I am a little confused with the names, though - the article is Inez, the lead is Amanda Inez (I guess she went by her middle name), and the infobox is... labeled Alice Louise Reynolds. You probably copied the infobox template from that article? Yes, the infobox was simply copied over from a previous page, I've fixed that now. Her full name is Amanda Inez Allen Knight, but she was always referred to as Inez Allen Knight.
