  • Article size and date check out OK, no CP/CV concerns, fascinating subject, AGF on referencing as gBooks has decided to throttle me. However, the hook says that there are two different color morph, while the wording of the article implies that this is not the case (and, in fact, the fact it can change is even more fascinating!). May I suggest the following hook? - The Bushranger One ping only 18:44, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
  • ALT1: ...that the mangrove jingle shell is capable of changing its color to match either mangrove leaves or bark, depending on which habitat the snail is in?
ALT1 is not quite correct either. Because the shell is sessile and normally stays in one place for life, It does not need to change colour. The experiment I quoted merely showed that the pale specimens were capable of darkening under the abnormal conditions of the experiment. I have changed the wording of the original hook. Are you happy with that? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:15, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
Yup, that works - good to go. Fascinating critter - keep up the good work on these biology articles! - The Bushranger One ping only 19:21, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
