Domenico Lalli[edit]

Domenico Lalli in 1818

  • ... that Sebastiano Biancardi, suspected of embezzlement, left his family and became a successful librettist known as Domenico Lalli (pictured)?
Definitely long enough, new enough (created March 15, nominated March 19, and expanded since then), image is fine to use and looks great at the small size. Hook is economical and mentions scandal, which is a good combination; the fact appears in multiple sources cited, and in the entry itself. There are a lot of sources, in-line cites and all look fine in their citations; I don't read Italian, but I spotchecked through the English-language sources and didn't see any issues with reliability and close copyediting. I notice the books don't have ISBN numbers attached; but that's easy to remedy and it doesn't stop me from giving this hook a checkmark.Penny Richards (talk) 01:26, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
