Effectively new for these purposes as it was 5x expanded on the same day the article was created. Length is good and the article appears to be neutral. The second hook seems to be the more interesting of the two, although both are adequately sourced and use inline citations. QPQ is confirmed. The359 (Talk) 08:37, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
