Banbhore[edit]

Floor of a mosque in Banbhore dating back to 727 AD

  • ... that Banbhore is an ancient port city in Pakistan, dating back to first century BC, which contains remains of one of the earliest mosques (pictured) in the region.

  • - Article itself passes as new and long enough, etc., and images is of the proper license. Problem is the hook. The sentence in the article covering the main fact about the mosque is cited to footnotes 2 and 3, and neither support the claim. Elsewhere, there is a claim related to earliest, but it is in reference to best preserved, and that is supported by footnote 1. Need to find a source or change the hook. • I am sorry, there was another reference from ArchNet which I missed. I have added it now. Samar Talk 07:40, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
- All good to go know with ref added to support the earliest portion. Aboutmovies (talk) 17:06, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
