Shouldn't the title of the article be changed to Zivotofsky v. kerry, as it was lateley styled by U.S supreme court? --82.166.116.68 (talk) 21:20, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There are now two Supreme Court decisions, one under each of the casenames. I suspect that over time, the more recent decision (Kerry) will be the more significant, so a change of name might make sense.
