I propose that this article be strongly rewritten because the authentic ZrOCl₂ is very rare and doubtful notability. In addition to its other names zirconium oxychloride, zirconium oxide dichloride, zirconyl chloride refers to CAS 22196-48-1, a hydrate of [Zr₄(OH)₁₂(H₂O)₁₆]Cl₈, sometimes written ZrOCl₂·8H₂O and Zr(OH)₂Cl₂·7H₂O. We can just mention that ZrOCl₂ is rare and focus the article on the heavily studies salt of the tetraZr hydroxocation.--Smokefoot (talk) 14:13, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
