Improving this page[edit]

so much of this page is unchecked and un-sourced, even in the lead! "Much of the movement centered around nihilism and existentialism, which served as inspirations for revolution."? and contradictory information such as saying that zenkyoto was "not as political" despite it being a reaction to American imperialism, capitalism, and Stalinism. can someone please confirm so we can clean this up?—Plifal (talk) 17:39, 27 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Plifal: I have fixed the initial concerns you have elaborated. The "contradictory information" was a fault on my part, I believe, which I have cleared up - despite much of the movement being political, much of it was made up of non-political students. Have just checked the history log, the information was not from me, but from a good faith but misguided minor edit. Will try to work on improving sources, especially since I've just hit the motherload of information on this topic. Roniius (talk) 08:31, 16 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Roniius: thank you very much for confirming and correcting!—Plifal (talk) 15:58, 16 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
