I am not sure about some of the accuracy in this article. An article by a Professor at West Virginia University put Thomas Decker in the area before the Morgans. You can find it here: http://www.polsci.wvu.edu/wv/Monongalia/monhistory.html

These articles also lack references. West Virginia University has a rich collection in the West Virginia Collection which one could reference with more accurate and comprehensive information.

Years of birth/death[edit]

Any definitive info re years of birth and death; according to the Latter Day Saints' genealogy site, Zackquill Morgan was born around 1723, but this is an approximation only. Another source indicated 1735. Year of death given variously as 1795 and 1802. Thanks. Rms125a@hotmail.com (talk) 21:08, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
