A much better picture[edit]

For its time, You and Me was an adventurous, genre-defying film about crime, romance, trust, betrayal and redemption. It even throws comedy and music into the mix. It's been appreciated much more since the days of its release, so it's too bad this piece makes it seem like such a failure. Probably saddest of all is how embarrassed director Lang was about it, when clearly the critics simply weren't ready for something so progressive and unusual. – AndyFielding (talk) 10:14, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
