split off History of Ybor City article
The history section had grown far too large compared to the rest of the article and there was little current info. (See WP:Splitting)
I've moved the history section to its own article at History of Ybor City and replaced the content with a condensed version here. The article is now modeled after other neighborhood pages (such as West Tampa, Florida) and is much more balanced and useful for readers seeking only basic info.
