Cleanup, etc[edit]

I just went through and did some clean up. I combined a number of very short sections (1 or 2 sentences) into longer ones, and tried to write it more from an out-of-universe perspective than from the (previously) in-universe perspective. This wasn't that hard, since I've never played Greyhawk, but as a result, some of the details might be more ambiguous or incorrect. If anyone spots something wrong, please fix it.
