Name[edit]

Nothing in here explaining that the word is just a spelling-out of the letter 'Y'? It seems like that would be a key point. Charolastra charolo (talk) 21:04, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Aerial photo?[edit]

The Google Earth photo showing a wye with parts of it removed, where is that at? --Ragemanchoo (talk) 09:59, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Click on the image; its description page has the URL it was taken from. (West Alton, Missouri, United States, according to the site). Matthew Brown (Morven) (T:C) 10:58, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! :D Did there used to be a railbridge connecting Alton and West Alton? If you go northwest of the wye and follow the causeway where the rails were, it dead-ends at a river. 38°52'47.02"N 90°11'21.06"W There is an automobile bridge nearby. Whats the story? --Ragemanchoo (talk) 04:01, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

File name problem.[edit]

I'm trying to add an image caption to the first image, however, when I try to publish it, it says it is "not possible to publish" an image with that file name (Wye.svg). Can anyone help? I didn't even name the file yet it is stopping me from adding a caption. Xradicon (talk) 05:34, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
