Incorrect statement[edit]
I have removed the following line from the article. ‘This is WRONG Stamping to order is done by the post office and the stamp does not go through the mail. What is shown is a PRECANCEL done by the company to speed up the mailing operation.’ This statement refers to Printed Postage Impressions not Stamped to Order which are two different things. -- JPKos (talk) 18:38, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
