Northern Ireland[edit]
Employment law is a devolved matter in Northern Ireland and as such these Regulations extend only to Great Britain. Northern Ireland has separate regulations, which have "(Northern Ireland)" in the short title (1998 followed by a bunch of amendments and 2016).
