History[edit]
That introductory paragraph could use some help, especially the second sentence. Stacyrp (talk) 00:34, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
American Airline controversy[edit]
The American Airline controversy is listed under the section titled "Recognition."
I think it would be better to add a section called "Controversies," and add the paragraph under the new section. Recognition kind of implies something benign or good, and that's not the case for what happened with the court case. Additionally, I think a "Controversies" section is pretty standard for wikipedia articles that point out bad things.
(Eventually, that paragraph should include the firm was fired by American Airlines. And the firm's responce (firing the attorney?) should be included in the response).
