Untitled[edit]

I've been doing a good bit of research on this gentleman, and the title of this article is, frankly, pretty crappy. It also seems to show a lack of respect. "Bill" is merely a nickname and being a member of the Untouchables was only a small part of his life. I'm therefore changing the page title to "William Jennings Gardner", likewise the disambiguation page.
