The result of this discussion was Merge.

William Bell (author) and William E. Bell are pretty clearly the same guy. There is already a discussion of that fact at Talk:William E. Bell#Why is this article titled "William E. Bell"?. It seems most appropriate to keep the page William Bell (author), because on the cover of the author's books (visible on Amazon), he does not use the middle initial. If there's a consensus, or at least no objection, in about a week, I'll perform the merge to William Bell (author). William E. Bell will become a redirect to William Bell (author). Thank you. The current pages are not clear that Bell writes books for both young children (River My Friend is a picture book) and also for Young Adult (his books are used in high school course studies). Perhaps this can be clarified after the pages are merged. Fbax (talk) 02:54, 20 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
