Bill Palmer - page in construction[edit]

Bill Palmer, (1917-1996) inventor of the quint system which was later patented by Titano as used in their line of converter (or "quint") bass accordions. Searching solid citations, etc.

This page has been recently deleted - it was considered a self promotion bio for a contemporary guitarist - no relation to this subject. FoolesTroupe (talk) 14:26, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
